Cancellation and Refunds Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for the Expert Sign-Off consultation service on Advisro, operated by VCH & Associates / VCH Technologies. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Advisro's Expert Sign-Off is a digital advisory service, not a physical product. Once payment is made, your query and research session are submitted to a certified transfer pricing specialist for review and response, typically within 4-8 business hours.

2. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a submitted consultation at any time before an expert has begun reviewing it, by contacting us at the email below. Once expert review has started, the request cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Eligibility

• If no expert response has been delivered, you may request a full refund by contacting us within a reasonable period after payment.
• If no expert response is delivered within 24 hours of payment (beyond our stated 4-8 hour SLA), you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
• Once an expert response has been delivered, the consultation is considered complete and fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• If a payment is successfully charged but a technical error prevents your consultation from being created or submitted, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us with your payment ID and we will investigate and process the refund promptly.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our Contact page or email support@vchandassociates.in with your payment ID or transaction ID and the reason for your request.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days of approval. Actual credit timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
