Advisro is an AI-powered transfer pricing research and advisory platform operated by VCH & Associates / VCH Technologies ("Advisro," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Advisro website and platform (the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Advisro provides:

  • AI-generated research and analysis on transfer pricing, OECD guidelines, and related tax compliance topics.
  • An optional paid Expert Sign-Off service, where a qualified human reviewer provides a certified response to your query, typically within 4-8 business hours of payment.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and research purposes only. See our Disclaimer for important limitations.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Fees for Expert Sign-Off consultations are shown at checkout before payment and are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • We do not store your full payment card details.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

  • If an Expert Sign-Off consultation has not yet been reviewed by an expert, you may request a refund by contacting us within a reasonable period of payment.
  • Once an expert response has been delivered, the consultation is considered complete and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization.
  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Advisro platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by VCH & Associates / VCH Technologies. Your own query content and uploaded documents remain your property; you grant us a limited license to process them in order to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via Account Settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
